Driving Fuel and Oil Efficiency

2006-1 Diesel Fuel Separator Standard Duty

  1. For diesel pickup trucks, farm equipment, small boats and generators with ¼” and 5/16” lines

  2. For fuel pumps < 1 gpm or 60 gph

  3. Small size: 3.1” diameter x 9” height

  4. Use with Dieselcraft 5-29 Stabilizer to create a total fuel purification “system”.

2006-2 Diesel Fuel Separator Standard Duty

  1. For Class 8 trucks, construction equipment, boats and gen-sets

  2. For engines with ½” fuel lines &/or < 875 hp

  3. Size: 4” diameter x 11” height

  4. Use with Dieselcraft 30-200 Stabilizer to create a total fuel purification “system”.

06-5 Water Sensor

  1. Sending unit is dual voltage, 12 or 24 VDC

  2. Probe is ⅛” NPT; detects water in fuel, turns on indicator light

  3. Probe indicator light goes off when water is removed.

Both units:

  1. Remove ±99% of water and ±95% of contaminants

  2. Use no filters

  3. Have no moving parts or elements to clean/dispose

  4. Feature a water sensor port and contaminant/water drain valve

These fuel separators work on surface tension and rotational fluid motion principles also known as “Cyclone Separation”.  Since diesel fuel and water have different surface tensions and densities, a mixture of the two, spread over a large area causes water droplets and large solids to separate from the fuel.  The clean fuel is drawn out of the unit and into the primary filter of your system.  Water and contamination are drained from the bottom of the unit.  The process continues as long as the engine fuel pump is operating.
